Guest Ratings & Reviews
I was amazed by the spacious, well-appointed, and very comfortable rooms with automatic curtains that were probably larger and more luxurious than any I've experienced in my travels. The friendly staff tried to give me back half of my deposit, making the service quite satisfactory despite the minor delay in orders at the bar. The location, within walking distance of restaurants and the West Lake park area, was ideal, but not being directly on West Lake itself might be a downside for some. The dining experience, worth a try with occasional peculiarities, was fine overall. The facilities were top-notch, offering great value for the money.
The hotel overlooks the hill and is nice and clean, offering adequate-sized rooms with all necessary facilities for a 5-star property. However, the rooms felt a little dated and dark. The service was warm, despite a few odd refusals that were later resolved with a favor. The location is close to the city center but a bit distant from the Metro, offering a convenient stay. The dining options are superb with a variety of cuisines, including grill, soups, seafood, and Chinese dishes.
My stay at the hotel was truly enjoyable. The rooms had several open electrical outlets, which was convenient. The wifi was reasonable, although there were some slowdowns during peak times. The service was exceptional, with the staff being extremely polite and courteous. The location, although a bit distance away from the Metro, was very close to the bustling city center of Hangzhou. The dining experience offered a variety of dishes, including a selection of soups, seafood, and sweets. The facilities were top-notch, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
The hotel rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, overlooking the central courtyard, offering a nice bathtub, shower, flat-screen TV, music/CD system, and efficient desk workspace. The service was helpful, with staff arranging a car service in advance and being accommodating. The location was convenient to the West Lake park area but not directly on the lake. The dining experience was delightful, offering a varied buffet with western and Chinese foods. The facilities were well-equipped to meet guests' needs.
The hotel is very close to the city center of Hangzhou, in 5 tower blocks, offering a good location with easy access to the hustle and bustle. The rooms are extremely spacious, among the largest standard rooms I have ever stayed in, though the service lacks a bit in attention to detail, such as turn-down services and amenity supply checks. The dining experience is excellent, with a wide variety of cuisine options available, but the high traffic rerouting affects the WiFi speed negatively.
